Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with what you buy. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, here is how refunds work.

14-day refund policy

If a product doesn't work as described, ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase and we'll fix the problem or refund you in full. Please tell us what went wrong so we can help or improve the product.

Try before you buy

The Puzzle Book Interior Builder has a free version you can use as long as you like before buying a license. Each product page lists exactly what was tested and any known limits, so please read it before you buy.

How to ask for a refund

Payments are processed by Payhip. To ask for a refund, email us at our support address with your order email and the product name. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method (PayPal or card) through Payhip. Your bank may take a few business days to show it.

After a refund

When a purchase is refunded, its license key is turned off automatically. Please delete any downloaded files.
