Privacy Policy
Short version: we collect as little as possible, we don't sell your data, and this site doesn't use tracking cookies or ads.
When you buy
Checkout is run by Payhip, and payments are processed by PayPal or a card processor. They collect your name, email, billing details and payment information to process your order, under their own privacy policies. We receive your order details, such as your email and what you bought, so we can deliver your purchase and help you. We never see or store your full card number.
This website
This site has no analytics trackers, advertising or tracking cookies. Our host, Cloudflare, may keep standard technical logs, such as IP addresses, to keep the site running and secure.
Puzzle Book Interior Builder
The app runs entirely in your browser. Your word lists, settings and PDFs stay on your device. When you enter a license key, the app sends only that key to this website's license checker, which asks Payhip whether it is valid and answers yes or no; your order details are never sent back to the app. The app remembers a valid key in your browser so you don't have to enter it again, and re-checks it about once a week.
Spreadsheet and Inkscape bridge
The budget tracker is a file you keep; we never see what you type into it. The Inkscape bridge runs on your own computer and sends nothing to us.
If you email us, we use your message only to help you. We don't send marketing email unless you ask for it.
Your choices
To see or delete the order information we hold, email our support address. For payment data held by Payhip or PayPal, see their privacy policies.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. This site doesn't track you, so it treats every browser the same whether or not it sends a Do Not Track signal. We keep order records only as long as needed for taxes and support.
